Fysiotherapie Nagtzaam is a physiotherapy practice started by Ronaldo Nagtzaam. With his practice he wants to help people with their health problems regarding fysical mobility. The business originated from his work as a physiotherapist at Blue Marlins Swim Team.

Ronaldo approached me because of the work I did for another client. He wanted my help because Ronaldo wanted to start his physiotherapy practice. That means that I had the opportunity to design a brand from scratch. Ronaldo needed a brand identity which included a new logo, stationery, colours and typography.

COMING SOON·

Ronaldo initially started his practice to help the swimmers of Blue Marlins Swim Team with their issues regarding mobility or injuries. Ronaldo was a swimmer himself and now is a coach and physiotherapist.

Because of that, I took inspiration from the swimmers’ track starts. I designed the logo so you are able to see the track start legs and the letter ‘N’ from his last name ‘Nagtzaam’.

Colours

Blue is a primary colour that is often associated with a sense of calmness, trust and professionalism. I chose the colour blue because it also resembles the colour of water. The colour blue can also have a calming effect on the mind and body, which is why it is often used in the healthcare industry.
